Growing up in New York City( I was born there, and grew up there), there was a time that we did not leave the doors locked.

In fact, the doors were left unopened because we needed 'cross' ventilation. A way to keep cool. Illegal drugs, etc. is the scourge of mankind. I was a stoner once.

Of course the award will not reach Miami, Florida, USA, where I reside. No free beer.
